Dear Kirtland Families,
The 2024-2025 school year is available in Final Forms. Parents/guardians should login, add sports/activities, and sign all forms. Each athlete needs to have a current Preparticipation Physical on file (by uploading to Final Forms) in order to participate. Students/athletes will also need to login to sign their forms after parents/guardians are have signed.
