| | Good Afternoon KES Families, As communicated by Mr. VanArnhem earlier today, we will be moving to our hybrid model beginning next week, and running from January 11- 22. We are looking forward to having the students back in the building and operating the same way we did when we were hybrid in November. Your child’s A.M./P.M. placement and additional services (if any) will be the same. Teachers will communicate more information with you regarding specific details. The main goal of our hybrid model is to have students in the school building every day while also preserving student health and safety based on the recommendation of our health department. We will follow all of the safety protocols as we did during the hybrid mode in the fall, including mask wearing, desk shields, sanitizing, and desk spacing of 6 feet apart. Latchkey will be available before school if your student(s) are A.M. student(s) and after school if your student(s) are P.M. student(s). I realize that with every shift in modality, there are adjustments to be made with your home and work schedules.
